Please contact us prior to shipping any items for return. Returns must be shipped within 15-days of receipt so please check your items promptly.

New Items (non pre-order/group buy)
In the event that you no longer want an item, we accept returns of new unopened products with the exception of pre-order items. We will charge a restocking fee of 30% and shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the items. Returns must be shipped within 15-days of receipt so please check your items promptly.

Group Buy Items
All Group Buy items are not eligible for return. Cancellations will be accepted only during the group buy period and will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee on the total amount due to payment transaction fees. Production dates are only estimates and there is always a risk of production delays. Buyer understands and accepts this risk. After the group buy period, all sales are final unless there is an error or defect in the merchandise. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

Pre-order Items

Used Items
We work hard to provide accurate information about the condition of used items. This includes a description and photos. Please ensure that you have reviewed the description and photos as all sales are final with the exception of incorrect products. Incorrect Items
If you have received the incorrect product, we will work with you to get the proper item. We may ask for you to ship the incorrect items for us to receive prior to shipping the correct items. Returns must be shipped within 15-days of receipt so please check your items promptly.

Manufacturer Defects
