Shipping policy

Shipping Outside Japan

For in-stock items shipping outside Japan, we aim to ship within 2 of our business days for Yamato and 2-4 of our business days for Japan Post EMS.

For pre-order items shipping outside Japan, we aim to ship within 2 of our business days after final inspection and packing has been completed.

All orders shipped outside are tax-free but the customer is responsible for any and all import fees such as duties, VAT, etc. We are required by international treaties and your local laws to declare the value accurately. All items are insured per the declared value.

Shipping to South Korea requires your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).

Shipping to China requires your People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card (resident ID). If you do not have a resident ID number, then they can enter your passport number.

Shipping to Italy requires your “Codice Fiscale (CF) and their Posta Elettronica Certificata (PEC).”.

Shipping to Brazil requires your “Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF)” or “Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ)” number.

Orders shipping outside Japan are shipped through Japan Post or Yamato.

Yamato partners with UPS and UPS will be the final delivery service provider. Once a shipping handled by Yamato is handed over to UPS and new UPS tracking number is provided on the Yamato booking details screen by click the "Details" link after you have looked up your booking status.

For in-stock items shipping within Japan, we aim to ship within 2-4 of our business days for Japan Post EMS

For pre-order items shipping within Japan, we aim to ship within 2 of our business days after final inspection and packing has been completed.

Orders shipping within Japan are shipped through Japan Post but it is possible to ship through other carriers but there may be additional fees.
